The accused was convicted of taking indecent liberties with two children under 16 years of age, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 728. He was sentenced to receive a dishonorable discharge, to forfeit all pay and allowances, and to be confined at hard labor for one year. Intervening reviewing and appellate authorities approved and affirmed the findings and sentence.
