Pamela Montgomery Beckham sues the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (“Amtrak”) for alleged race discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Ms. Beckham complains that she was discriminated against when Amtrak denied her tuition reimbursement for a master’s degree program, web design software training, and her requests to work from home.
