Michael Len Orchard entered conditional pleas of guilty to knowingly and intentionally distributing a controlled substance analogue intended for human consumption to a person under the age of 21, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 859, 813, and 802(32), and to knowingly and intentionally possessing a controlled substance analogue intended for human consumption, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 844, 813, and 802(32).
