These are appeals by Robert Frank and Lorin Ahlers from their convictions and sentences. Mr. Frank was convicted on forty-nine counts, including mail fraud, conspiracy to defraud the United States, making false statements, obstruction of justice, and money laundering, and he was acquitted on two counts.
