DUHÉ, Circuit Judge:
Hartford Insurance Company of the Southeast (“Hartford”) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment for Ashton Richard Hardy (“H, dy”) and the court’s denial of Hartford’s cross motion for summary judgment. The district court concluded that Hartford was obligated to provide a defense and coverage to Hardy under its commercial general liability (“CGL”) policy for certain causes of action filed against Hardy by Kenneth Dowe (“Dowe”). We conclude that Hartford had no duty to defend or provide coverage to Hardy for Dowe’s claims. We therefore REVERSE the district…
