Plaintiff-Appellee, Thomas R. Edwards, sued Defendant-Appellant, Continental Casualty Company (“Continental”), seeking a declaratory judgment that Continental was required to defend him, pursuant to a professional liability insurance policy, in an action brought against Edwards by Cal Dive International, Incorporated (“Cal Dive”).
