Henlajon, Inc., a North Carolina Corporation (“plaintiff’) appeals from the trial court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of Branch *330Highways, Inc., a Virginia Corporation (“defendant”) on plaintiffs breach of contract claim. We affirm the trial court’s order and judgment.
I. Facts
The State of North Carolina contracted with defendant to improve portions of U.S. Highway 64 in Chatham County (“road project”).
