Respondent (Quillón Thorpe) appeals from an order terminating his parental rights in his daughters, Q.K.T., Q.M.T., and J.M.T. Cross-appellant Wake County Department of Human Services appeals from the denial of its motion to dismiss respondent’s appeal.
The minor children were born July 1998, February 2000, and February 2001.
