*430 The North Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company ("Farm Bureau") appeals from the trial court's order dismissing its complaint pursuant to Lillian Dianne Hull's and Annitta B. Crook's ("Defendants") Rule 12(b)(6) motion to dismiss. After careful review, we affirm.
