KELLY, Justice.

This workers’ compensation case was heard before the Workers’ Compensation Division. The compensation judge found for the employee on all issues and the rela-tors appealed. The Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals affirmed the decision, one judge dissenting. Relators then filed a petition for a writ of certiorari which was granted by this court. We affirm.
