At tbe time of tbe trial tbe plaintiff was about thirty-five years of age. In 1899 be married one Tillie-Kuntzman at Minneapolis, Minnesota, begot a child witb ber, and, after three weeks of married life, left ber. In 1901 she obtained a divorce from him, and be has never paid anything toward ber support nor tbat of bis child. In 1903, at Gas City, Indiana, he married a Mrs. Miller, tbe wife debauched by tbe defendant. In 1909 be secured a divorce from bis second wife.
