This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court for Marion county dismissing a suit brought by the plaintiffs for the purpose of obtaining a decree enjoining the defendants, the governor and the attorney general of the state of Oregon, the district attorney of Marion county, and the members of the Milk Control Board of the state of Oregon from enforcing the board’s Order No. 107, made pursuant to the provisions of the law known as the Milk Control Act (Ch. 72, Oregon Laws, Second Special Session 1933, as amended by Ch. 67 and Ch. 69, Oregon Laws, Special Session 1935).
