Plaintiff Judith E. Boudman (“Plaintiff’) was employed by Defendant Aroostook Band of Micmac Indians (“Defendant”) as an Assistant Health Director/Health Planner/Environmental Health Director. She has filed a Complaint asserting that Defendant terminated her because of her race and national origin in violation of the Maine Human Rights Act, Me.Rev.Stat. Ann. tit. 5, §§ 4551-4632 (Count I) and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Count II), that her termination constituted a breach of contract (Count III), and that Defendant denied her procedural due process…
