These cross motions for summary judgment are back in front of me after the First Circuit Court of Appeals concluded that I erred in dismissing the Aroostook Band of Micmac’s suit for declaratory and injunctive relief for want of jurisdiction. 2 This action was brought by the Band against three former Band employees- — ■ Lisa Gardiner, Tammy Condon, and Beverly Ayoob — Patricia Ryan, the executive director of-the Maine Human Rights Commission, and members of the Maine Human Rights Commission.…
