This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff GEBAM, Inc.’s (“GEBAM”) and Defendant David Brannen’s cross-motions for summary judgment. [Docs 113 and 120, respectively]. GEBAM argues that it is entitled to summary judgment on its three claims against Defendants David Brannen, Guy A. Savage, and G.J.
