This proceeding in error is prosecuted to obtain a reversal of a judgment for $2,123.56 rendered by the district coutf for Douglas county in favor of Eliza A. Eastman against the Hartford Life and Annuity Insurance Company. The action was upon a policy of insurance issued by the plaintiff in error, on the life of George W.
