Appellee brought this action against appellant in the circuit court of Bolivar county on two life insurance policies for twenty-five thousand dollars each, issued and delivered by appellant to the husband of the appellee, J. W. Cooke, Sr., in which policies appellee was named as the beneficiary. A trial was had on the pleadings and the evidence, resulting in a verdict and judgment in favor of the appellee for the face value of the policies with interest, aggregating the sum of fifty-one thousand one hundred sixty-six dollars and thirty-three cents.
