Original application for writ of quo warranto by the state, on the relation of W. A. Wallace, against F. B. Callow, the attorney general consenting and joining therein.

Counsel for relator made application to this court for leave to file his complaint tendered, and showed to the court his reasons why he considered it necessary that this court assume original jurisdiction in the cause.
