This was an action of replevin, brought by the appellant against the appellees, Christopher C. Simon, William H. Kreager and John D. Kreager, who answered by genera! denial.
The cause was tried by. the court and a special finding was rendered, with conclusions of law in favor ©f the appellees.
A motion for a new trial made by the appellant having been overruled, judgment was rendered in accordance with the conclusions of law.
