This action was brought by the appellant to recover from the appellee certain personal property, described as one square Dunham piano and stool, one office chair, and one oak center table, the right to the immediate possession of which was claimed by the appellant. The complaint was in the usual form, and was verified. The record states that the general denial was' withdrawn, and that an answer in three paragraphs was filed, but the first paragraph, if filed at all, is not in the record.
