The state appeals1 from the decision of the trial court, which denied the state’s motion to transfer two cases against the defendant, Elias G., from the juvenile docket to the regular criminal docket pursuant to General Statutes § 46b-127 (b). This appeal is controlled by State v. Fernandes, 300 Conn. 104, 111, *4112 A.3d 925 (2011).
