Kimball, Justice.

Plaintiff, as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, John F. Merback, sued for damages for death of her husband and for injury to property which she alleged were caused by the negligence of the driver of a truck belonging to defendants. There was a jury trial, and after all the evidence on both sides had been heard, a verdict for defendants was directed. On plaintiff’s appeal from the judgment on the verdict, the questions for decision are whether the directed verdict was justified either by lack of evidence to show that the damage was caused by the negligence…
