There was no eyewitness to the collision which caused the death of plaintiff’s decedent. A crash was heard, and immediately thereafter the plaintiff’s decedent was found beside his overthrown motorcycle 10 or 15 feet ahead or northwardly from the defendant’s automobile, dead, or so badly injured that he died within a few minutes.
