This is an appeal from a declaratory judgment in favor of the Sunshine Mutual Insurance Company, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, entered February 5, 1959.
The appellants, Elsie Peterson and Arthur S. Peterson, citizens of Minnesota, on August 20, 1956 sustained bodily injuries and property damage when their automobile, traveling on a North Dakota state highway near Garrison, North Dakota, collided with an automobile driven by Walter Mai.
