DECISION

EARLY, Chief Judge:

Tried by special court-martial, military judge alone, the accused was convicted, pursuant to his pleas, of conspiring to violate a lawful general regulation, and violating the same regulation on two occasions, and contrary to his pleas, of wrongfully inducing another to violate the same general regulation, in violation of Articles 81, 92 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 892 and 934.
