Dickson Construction Company appeals from a take-nothing summary judgment rendered on its fraud claims against all appebees. Appellees were awarded a no-evidence summary judgment based on their claims that Dickson had no evidence to support his claims. Dickson contends that the trial court erred by rendering summary judgment, by overruling its objections to appellees’ motion for summary judgment, and by overruhng its motion to vacate or continue the hearing on the motion for summary judgment. We affirm the judgment.
