This appeal relates to the validity of an employment agreement between the employer, Fairfield Bay, Inc., one of the appellees herein, and the employee, Odell Miller, appellant herein. Fairfield Bay is a vacation-retirement development on Greers Ferry Lake in Yan Burén County, where appellant was employed as a real estate salesman, and while so employed, made numerous sales.
