This is an appeal from an order granting a new trial by the district court of Oklahoma county.

The defendant in error, plaintiff in the trial court, brought this action against the defendants in the district court of Oklahoma county for recovery for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by her on or about the 13th day of April, 1933. while she was a passenger in the defendants’ taxicab.
