Relator, Marguerite Kepka, individually and as representative of the estate of her deceased husband, William G. Kepka, seeks a writ of mandamus ordering the trial comí; 1 to vacate its November 10, 2004 order staying trial-court proceedings and compelling arbitration of all of her claims against the real party in interest, Living Centers of Texas d/b/a Southfield Healthcare Center (“Southfield”).
