Appellants and relators, W. Dow Hamm III Corporation and W. Dow Hamm III (“the Hamm parties”), seek relief, both by interlocutory appeal and petition for writ of mandamus, from the trial court’s order that, in pertinent part, stayed arbitration proceedings that the Hamm parties had initiated with the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).
