¶1 Psychiatric security nurses and psychiatric security attendants1 who work in the forensic wards at the state’s psychiatric hospitals filed this suit against the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), the Department of Personnel (Personnel), and officials of both agencies,2 seeking an increase in their salary ranges.
