¶ 1 Appellant, Presbyterian Medical Center (“PMC”), asks us to review the order entered in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, which sustained the preliminary objections filed by Appel-lee, Elizabeth Budd (“Ms.Budd”), and dismissed with prejudice PMC’s complaint alleging breach of contract, fraud, violations of the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (“UFTA”), and equitable support and restitution.
