Joyce Lesly Sheridan (former wife) moved to modify child and spousal support provisions contained in an interlocutory judg ment of dissolution of marriage and for attorney fees. In response Allan Sheridan (former husband) filed opposition and a request for affirmative relief, asserting the court’s jurisdiction over spousal support had terminated and requesting former wife be ordered to pay child support for the child living with him.
