This suit was instituted by appellees against appellants to enjoin the construction by appellants of any residence in a certain alleged restricted district at a cost of less than $1,000 on the basis of the cost of material and labor in 1912. That is, appellees sought to restrain the building of a residence by appellants, or any of them, in said described district, except such as would have cost at least $1,000 in 1912, and also asked the court to require appellants to remove within 60 days any dwelling house already constructed in whole or in part at a cost of less than that above indicated…
