In 1907 Woodland Heights addition to the city of Houston, under a recorded map and plat thereof showing it to be divided into lots, blocks, and dedicated streets and alleys, pursuant to the adoption, publication, and advertisement by its then owners of a general plan for its development and sale as an exclusively residential district, was put upon the market.
