OPINION
LECHNER, District Judge.
Currently before the court is the appeal of plaintiff from a discovery order (the “Order”) of United States Magistrate Judge Ronald J. Hedges, filed 31 January 1991. 1 For the reasons set forth below, the Order is reversed.
Facts and Procedural History
This is a product liability action brought by plaintiff against defendants Shiley, Inc., a Division of Pfizer, Inc. (“Shiley”) and Pfizer, Inc. (“Pfizer”) (collectively, “Defendants”).
