MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

WEINER, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Action Air Freight, Inc. (“Action Air”), filed a complaint alleging violations of Pennsylvania’s Rules of Professional Conduct by counsel for defendant, Pilot Air Freight Corp. (“Pilot Air”). Action Air seeks injunctive relief pending an arbitration proceeding between the parties. Presently before this court is defendant’s motion to dismiss pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6).
