This suit was instituted. by Ohio county and the members of its fiscal court against the appellants, the superintendent of the. common schools of .Ohio county and the members of the county board of education, seeking to evict them from a room in the courthouse being n-sed as an office and library, it being alleged that under the law the fiscal court of the County is not' required to furnish such accommodations. - They further sought to recover rent for the use of the office from the —-day of June, 1920.…
