Affirming.
The board of education of Boyle county, on April 5, 1930, appointed Frank Y. McChesney superintendent of the county schools for the term of one year beginning July 1, 1930. The result was duly recorded on the minutes. At a meeting of the board held on June 7, 1930, it attempted to rescind its action taken in April and to revoke the appointment of McChesney.
