Reversing.
On the 23rd day of J anuary, 1915, an indictment was returned in the Boyd circuit' court against the appellant, J. S. Head, Jr., which accused him of the crime of false swearing, committed by verifying under oath knowingly a'false report of the Citizens Bank & Trust Company made to the Banking Commissioner, as required by Sub-section 10, of Section 165a, Chapter 9a, of the Kentucky Statutes, Carroll 1915.
