Del-Jen Construction, Inc., and its insurer, Reliance Insurance Company, appeal the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission’s decision finding that Missouri has jurisdiction over Peter White-man’s claim for workers’ compensation benefits. On appeal, Del-Jen and Reliance claim that the Commission erred in allowing Mr. Whiteman to submit additional evidence in his application for review to the Commission following the hearing before the administrative law judge. Del-Jen and Reliance also claim that Mr. Whiteman faked to present sufficient evidence to establish that Missouri has jurisdiction…
