BRECKENRIDGE, Judge.

The City of Columbia appeals from a decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission awarding workers’ compensation benefits in the form of total knee replacement surgery and future temporary total disability benefits to its employee, Donald Avery, for knee injuries he sustained while driving a bus for the City.
