After a bench trial, the trial court found defendant, Paul T. Raibley, guilty of two counts of child pornography (720 ILCS 5/11— 20.1(a)(l)(vii) (West 1998)) and two counts of residential burglary (720 ILCS 5/19 — 3 (West 1998)). The court sentenced him to 12 years’ imprisonment for each count, ordering that the terms run concurrently with each other but consecutively to a 10-year term of imprisonment that the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois imposed, for the same conduct, in United States v.
