The plaintiff, Paul Reeder, appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing his appeal from the decision of the board of review of the employment security appeals division for the department of labor (board). The board affirmed the decision of the defendant administrator of the Unemployment Compensation Act (administrator), General Statutes § 31-222 et seq., determining that the plaintiff is ineligible for unemployment compensation benefits.
