This appeal is from a summary judgment on a promissory note granted by the Superior Court of Maricopa County in favor of the plaintiff-appellee, Greater Arizona Savings and Loan Association.

Defendants, a husband and wife, in September 1962 gave the note for $36,000 secured by a purchase money mortgage on land and a residence in Phoenix. Before the execution of the note, the third party defendant, Goettel Bros. Metal Products, had installed a refrigeration unit.
