This is an appeal from a judgment rescinding an exchange of properties on the ground of fraud consisting of a misrepresentation of the value of an apartment house.

The plaintiff had been a resident of Honolulu until shortly before the exchange of properties which is involved in this suit. She had no previous experience in the apartment house business. She moved to Pasadena and purchased a home, which is situated on Hill Street in that city. This dwelling-house and furnishings were worth about $35,000.
