INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff, Donna Mulvihill, proceeding pro se, commenced this action on May 24, 2013. The original complaint names a single defendant, the State of New York (“State”).
Mulvihill’s claims are generally based on certain actions of the Child Protective Services (“DPS”) unit of the Ontario County Department of Social Services (“DSS”) and its employees.
