I. Preliminary Statement
Pro se Plaintiff Jesswill Perez (“Plaintiff’) brings this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging violations of the Fourth, Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution arising from incidents which occurred while he was a pre-trial detainee. See generally Complaint (“Compl.”) [DE 1].
