The plaintiff, an Attorney Adviser in the Department of Labor, sues to recover salary in the amount of $6,358.69, less amounts earned in other employment, for the period August 1, 1949 to July 29, 1950, during which he was suspended without pay pending action on charge of disloyalty to the United States.
