Ed L. Peckham brought an action against M. J. Lane and, Geraldine Lane seeking to require the conveyance of an eighty-acre tract of land, relying upon a written contract executed by them to him, the specific performance ’ of which he asked. A demurrer to his petition was sustained and he appeals.
